All drop off caterings are served on disposable packaging. All cold food is displayed on black disposable platters, and all hot food is served on disposable chaffing dishes. BBB staff will fully set up your drop off catering. We provide disposable plates, plastic flatware, and napkins. Once your event is over all you have to do is throw everything away.
