Below are some our more popular plated dinner options that we have available. We have a lot more to offer and are more than willing to accept suggestions to make your next dinner special. For the first course, we have an assortment of soup or salads to choose from for you guest to enjoy.

  • Grilled Vegetable Salad with brussels sprouts, zucchini, summer squash, beets, bell peppers, asparagus, wild mushrooms, and carrots over seasonal mixed greens with a herb apple cider vinaigrette
  • Summer Salad with baby arugula, roasted corn, heirloom tomatoes, rainbow carrots, roasted bell peppers, green onion, black beans, and a charred tomato vinaigrette
  • BBB Tuscan Kale Soup with local Italian sausage, butternut squash, roasted tomato, Tuscan kale, carrots, onion, garlic, fresh herbs, a touch of cream, and herb ciabatta croutons
  • Creamy Beet Bisque: roasted local beets, ginger, apple, and goat cheese, pureed smooth with an herb goat cheese crumble on top

For your entree course, we have a wide variety of composed plates to choose from

  • Rosemary Lemon Chicken with local roasted chicken breast, rosemary lemon butter, herb roasted potatoes, and honey glazed rainbow carrots.
  • Whole roasted pork loin with a Cheerwine BBQ glaze, country style mashed potatoes, and seasonal sautéed vegetables
  • Grass Fed Filet Medallion with herb compound butter, herb roasted potatoes, and sautéed garlic haricot vert
  • Roasted Salmon baked with lemon and dill and finished with a white wine cream sauce, with heirloom rice pilaf and roasted red and gold beets.
  • Duo Plate with a Charleston crab cake with Creole remoulade, bacon wrapped grass fed filet medallion with herb compound butter, herb roasted potatoes, and sautéed asparagus

For that sweet finish, our desserts will leave your guests with a smile!

  • Spiced orange panna cotta with wild flower honey Chantilly and bee pollen
  • Dark chocolate pot de crème with fresh fruit and lemon zest
  • Eggnog bread pudding
